Provider and scope: These terms govern the purchase of paid services presented on this website. The provider is Liudmila Levochkina, Erlenstraße 16, 96178 Pommersfelden, Germany, e-mail: getcpass+ll@gmail.com ("we"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
What we provide: The services presented on this website are individual mentoring services for marketing leaders in the first 100 days of a new role and preparation for important marketing-leadership interviews. The exact scope of each engagement is defined by the individual offer and our order confirmation by e-mail. Our materials support professional development and decision-making; they are not legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and they do not guarantee any specific career or business outcome (see "No outcome guarantee" above).
Ordering and contract formation: Orders are placed by e-mail: you request a service, we send an individual offer, and the contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. Booking a call through Cal.com does not by itself create a contract or payment obligation. The contract can be concluded in English or Russian. If we cannot provide the service, we may decline a request within a reasonable time; in that case any payment already made is refunded in full.
Prices and payment: Prices are agreed in the individual offer and are final prices in euro (EUR). In accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged or shown. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made by bank transfer against invoice. We do not accept payments from banks or payment services of the Russian Federation.
Term and renewal: Services are provided for the period or scope agreed in the individual offer. There are no automatic renewals, and nothing is charged without a new order from you.
Your cooperation: Delivering a service requires your input: information, feedback and approvals, and any materials you want us to use. Delivery timelines depend on this cooperation. You confirm that the materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.
Right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The full withdrawal notice, the rules on early service start and a model withdrawal form are in the "Right of Withdrawal" section below.
Usage rights: You may use the results and materials delivered to you for your own business, including after the engagement ends. Our own tools, templates and designs remain our property and may not be resold or passed on to third parties as your own product.
Liability: We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties (duties whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place), and only up to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. Statutory rights in the case of defects remain unaffected.
Governing law and final provisions: German law applies. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Withdrawal right: If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, i.e. the day you receive our order confirmation by e-mail.
How to withdraw: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Liudmila Levochkina, Erlenstraße 16, 96178 Pommersfelden, Germany, e-mail: getcpass+ll@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example an e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, and you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
Early start of the service: If you asked us to begin the service before the end of the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the services already provided, compared with the full scope of the contract. If we have fully performed the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and performance began only after your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract, the right of withdrawal expires.
Model withdrawal form (complete and return this only if you wish to withdraw from the contract):

What we collect: This website has no contact forms. If you use a booking link to schedule a meeting through Cal.com, we receive the information needed to arrange it, such as your name, e-mail address, selected time and any message you provide. If you contact us by e-mail, we process your e-mail address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message. If you order a service, we additionally process the data needed for the contract and invoicing: your name, address and the order details. Where a service call is transcribed, we process the information contained in the transcript. Transcription is carried out locally on the controller's own computer; we do not use a third-party transcription provider.
Why we collect it:
Providers and international transfers: We use service providers for e-mail, hosting, website analytics and booking, including Vercel, Google Analytics and Cal.com. Hosting providers process technical access data, such as IP address, browser type and access time, in server logs to deliver the site securely; legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers are made on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not process or store personal data in Russia, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics: This legal page sets no cookies. The main website uses technically necessary cookies and, only with your consent, Google Analytics cookies to measure website use. You can accept, refuse or change your choice at any time through the cookie settings on the main website. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated traffic statistics without third-party cookies. Cal.com may use cookies and process booking data under its own privacy policy.
Retention: We keep correspondence and booking information until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed. Call transcripts are stored locally and deleted on request. Order and invoice data are kept for as long as German commercial and tax law requires, up to ten years, and then deleted.
Your rights: Under the GDPR and, where applicable, the UK GDPR, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data; restriction of or objection to processing; and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. Contact us at the e-mail above to exercise your rights.
Changes: We will update this notice if our data processing practices change and will post the new "Last updated" date.
